Shipping Crab Cakes

Every Award Winning Kocos's Crab Cake is made fresh daily by hand. The recipe is a family secret and is only shared with the owners, John and Joanna Kocovinos, and their daughter Marcella Knight. Koco's uses the Best Jumbo Lump Crabmeat available.

We Ship our Crab Cakes fresh, uncooked, individually sealed. Simple cooking instructions are included with your package,  and we can even include a gift card if you like.   Specially designed insulated packaging with frozen gel packs are used for shipping. Since we ship our Crab Cakes fresh,not frozen, we ship Federal Express Next Day Air.

There is a 4 Crab Cake minimum to ship. The total cost will include the price of the Crab Cakes, a $15.00 charge for the packaging, and the cost of shipping. Current market price for Crab Cakes, uncooked and vacuum sealed is $21.95 each (they are approximately 11 oz.)  We do require orders to be placed at least 24 hours in advance. We must have your order by Saturday when shipping on Tuesdays, since we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We currently ship in the continental United States. We will ship Crab Cakes to your destination Tuesday through Friday by Fed Ex Next Day Air. There are additional charges for Saturday delivery. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and the shipping zipcode.

If you prefer to pick up your Crab Cakes, we can package them for you to go. When travelling by car, or plane you can take them with you rather than ship.
